Graham Russo
Graham Russo (Director, PCT) started acting as a child then went on to graduate from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television. He has taught dramatic arts at many Los Angeles County Headstart sites, the Westwood Charter School, San Diego Junior Theatre and Pershing Middle School. He founded Pacific Children's Theatre (formerly San Diego Children's Theatre) as a way to give all children, regardless of ability, the opportunity to learn the joys of theatre arts.
Rosy-Dawn Selwitz
Rosy-Dawn Selwitz (Musical Director and Singing Coach) has been performing and teaching in San Diego and abroad for the last 15 years. She has performed with the San Diego Lyric Opera and has been a recurring Chorus member with the San Diego Opera chorus since 2004. Rosy-Dawn graduated with a Bachelors degree of Music in vocal performance from San Diego State University in 2007. In addition to performing in operas Rosy-Dawn has sung in numerous performance groups that include such genera's as Jazz, Bluegrass, Rock and R&B rosydawnmusic.com Rosy-Dawn loves sharing music with Children, whether it be her private vocal students or in the classroom. Rosy-Dawn is currently the musical director for Pacific Children's Theatre and the director for The Fiery Spirit Children's Choir. Rosy-Dawn has retained her position as the section leader and soloist for La Mesa First United Methodist church for the last 4 years. Rosy-Dawn feels that everyone has a connection to music and is thrilled to be apart of that experience!
Erin Jelacic
Erin Jelacic (Dance Instructor/Choreographer) Dance has the ability to open minds and hearts in ways words can not. Erin Jelacic experienced this, at the age of 16, after attending a dance showcase at her performing arts high school—James Hubert Blake—in her home state of Maryland.
Erin continued her dance training and education at DeSales University in Pennsylvania. After graduating in 2006, Erin followed her passion for dance to New York City. While there, she worked and trained under choreographer Tamar Rogoff. Erin was Production Assistant for Rogoff’s P.S 122 show “Edith and Jenny”, featuring dancer Arial Flavin and actress Claire Danes.
Erin moved to San Diego in 2008. She taught for San Diego's Unified School District's Visual and Performing Arts Program. During this time, she also started creating and performing original works. Her choreography has been shown at various platforms including; Celebrate Dance Festival, “The Movement” and “4X4XFloor” presented by PGK Project, as well as, Jean Isaac’s Studio Series Showing.
Erin’s aspiration has always been to create her own dance company. In 2010, she and dance partner Drew Ornelas, began the ground work for their own performance group Dark Horse Dance Productions. Dark Horse Dance Productions has performed at The Vine’s “Ignite”, presented by Opus Mixtus Post Jazz Ensemble, in addition to, producing their own shows at San Diego Danceworks.
Currently, Erin is teaching and creating choreography for Pacific Children's Theater and is enjoying every minute of it! She looks forward to a forever evolving and happy dance career.
